Mindfulness-Based Kids Yoga

Free to families with RCOC authorization
Hi. My name is Uta from mog&yoga. I am a new official RCOC vendor (PM7463) for the Socialization Training Program.
Families who receive services from RCOC may be able to access very beneficial KIDS mindfulness based yoga sessions at no cost once authorization is approved by their Service Coordinator.
My service, mog&yoga Mindfulness Kids Yoga, supports neurodiverse children in a warm, calm, and neurotypical environment through gentle movement, breathwork, and emotional regulation.
What Is Mindfulness-Based Kids Yoga?
Mindfulness-Based Kids Yoga combines:

This program is designed to help children feel calm, confident, and connected using simple, engaging, body-based strategies.

How RCOC Families Can Get Started (Step-by-Step)
Step 1 — Contact your RCOC Service Coordinator
Tell them you are interested in:
“Mindfulness-Based Kids Yoga with vendor PM7463 (mog&yoga).”
Step 2 — Request authorization
Ask your Service Coordinator whether this service can be added under:
Socialization Training Program (Code 028)
They will guide you through the internal approval.
Step 3 — RCOC reviews the request
If approved, the coordinator will issue a Purchase of Service (POS) authorization through your FMS agency.
Step 4 — Schedule your sessions with Uta
Once the authorization is active, you may schedule weekly sessions at:

(or another approved location in your child’s plan)

Step 5 — Sessions are free to families
RCOC pays for services after they are provided. You never pay out of pocket once authorized.
